All our products are hand made and unique so some variations in colours, glazes, floral detail, impressed details and designs will occur.
If you are not entirely satisfied with an item you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be received in the same condition for a full refund.
We do not offer a free returns service you must ensure your get proof of purchase and insurance when returning goods.
Exchanges can be made but you the customer must cover the cost of returning the item.
